The company is owned by the following shareholders:
Estêvão Augusto Bernardino, a Portuguese and Brazilian Lawyer and an international entrepreneur in real estate, corporate investment and commodity trading;
Msoo Dio, a corporate and real estate legal advisor with more than 15 years of experience in corporate and maritime law, real estate and trading as a lawyer and with a depth interest and experience in the local business environment of Nigeria for more than 25 years. At the present stage fully dedicated to the company’s interests and businesses in order to assure a responsible management and to assure a consultancy investment advisory of excellence with a ‘top down’ and ‘bottom up’ approach, measuring the risks and opportunities, which enable the company to confidently determine the priorities for each investment and advise his clients with total transparency and responsibility, putting in practice his experience in the Nigerian market of more than 25 years as also an entrepreneur.
